WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Our payment plans are easy!
Our online store accepts Paypal and Cards transactions. Our market stalls accept cash, Venmo, and Card transactions. Lastly, for big events we only accept cash or check.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do accept returns on bouquets and bouquet subscriptions. Returns need to be put in place within two days of receiving the bouquet. Since, the nature of every order is different please send us an email of your return request, with pictures if applicable, and we shall respond in a timely manner.
Big events are non-refundable the day before the event or thereafter.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Deliveries are only to the Santa Clara County and San Martin at the moment. The flat rate fee for delivery is $9.99. We are working on expanding our reach for our customers. If you have a special event happening outside of this area, please send us a message and we can work with your needs!
